The Stiga Twinclip 55 SV H self propelled lawnmower has a 53cm 21 inch cutting width powered by a Honda 190cc engine.The Stiga 2016 Twin clip range of professional quality four wheeled combination lawn mowers feature Briggs Stratton or Honda engines, electric or recoil starters and galvanised steel cutting decks. The design of these mowers incorporates a ‘twin clip’ rotary cutter blade which cuts the grass at 2 heights as it mows. This technology improves the cutting collecting performance by 20% compared to a regular straight cutting blade. The cyclone collection system packs more grass clippings in to the collector, the result is less time spent mowing and overall better results are achieved.All the Stiga Twinclip self propelled mowers have a Vibe Control System VCS which reduces the engine vibration felt when operating the mower down to 2,5 ms2 from 6 ms2 on previous models.The Stiga MP2 cutting decks are formed from a single piece of pressed steel then galvanised for durability. The chassis stiffness has been strengthened by double with the added 4 step molding process. The inclusion of aluminium components to areas of the lawnmower where rigidity and strength are crucial including the grass discharge chute allows for the hybrid steel aluminium chassis.A heavy duty stepless variator transmission designed around a new larger cone lets the user control the travelling speed of the lawn mower without having to apply much pressure to the drive lever.
