Instead of just collecting the grass cuttings you can choose between ejecting them to the rear of the mower, discharging them through a chute to the side or mulching them into tiny pieces. Mulchingis a good way to recycle the grass and feed the lawn as the tiny grass piecesare rich in nutrients and as they wilt they will release these back into thesoil.
