Just position the three legs of the growframe over young plant growth early in the season and allow the leaves and stems to grow through the 'honeycomb' grid. As the plant matures the frame can simply be raised to match the height of your plant, holding individual stems and heavy flower heads as well as supporting the whole plant in general.
