Haxnicks Fruit cages can be used to protect fruit and vegetables from birds and animals. They are ideal for young raspberries and blackcurrants blueberries, gooseberries, redcurrants and cranberries. The tubular steel cages are easy to construct using the simple assembly instructions The decorative frameworks can be quickly constructed using flexible, 'push fit' plastic joints to join the pre cut steel lengths. The mesh covers, made from 15 mm bird netting, can be placed over the structure and then secured to the ground with U shaped, galvanised steel pegs. All elements are conveniently supplied flat packed in a box for easy transport and storage.
