Crab Apple is a native, lovely flowering species with white blossom tinged with pink, and then if the squirrels and birds don't get there first, you might get fruits too. Crab Apple is suitable to be trimmed to the same height as other species in a mixed native hedge or can be allowed to grow as a hedgerow tree. This is a very popular species added in to a selection of mixed native hedging. Flowers March May September November. Grows 20 40cm per year.
