This is the most resistant variety to late blight that we have seen. A bush type and therefore very easy to grow no side shooting, Lizzano is equally at home grown in a sunny spot in the garden or in a large container. The fruit, produced in large quantities, is large cherry sized, deep red in colour and exceptionally sweet. Bush variety very easy to grow as trusses do not require support and fruits without side shoots being removed.
