Mat forming perennials with hairy leaves and funnel shaped flowers in late summer and early autumn. The varieties weve chosen will provide a range of different coloured flowers. Bulb sizes quoted in centimetres refer to the circumference of bulbs. All bulbs are sourced from cultivated stocks. Collection contains 15 bulbs 5 of each varietyhirta Gothenburg Extremely floriferous with lilac, white eyed flowers that often completely hide the foliage when it is in bloom. Height 30cm. Bulb size 1melanosticta Ken Aslet Grown mainly for its silvery green, lobed leaves, but does bear bright yellow flowers. Height 10cm. Bulb size 1 versicolor White flowers withcrimson margins. Half hardy ideal for a greenhouse or, in very mild areas, a sheltered spot outside. Flowers August December. Height 8cm. Bulb size 7cm
