Amelanchier lamarckii is a compact North American tree with pretty white, star shaped flowers in early spring. It looks great throughout the season, thanks to its dense pleasant shape and its stunning leaf colour. Its spring bronzed tinged leaves turn dark green in summer becoming orange and red in autumn. This is complimented by dark red berries in late summer. It is easy to grow, requiring a neutral or acidic soil. Flowers April May. Height 200 250cm. Supplied in a 3 litre pot.
