Considered rare or scarce in England, Betula nana or commonly known as Mountain Birch, is normally found in Scottish Highlands and northern England between 250 650m above sea level. In some parts they are being planted for conservation reasons. It prefers the sun and poor soil and acidity. Height 90 100cm. Supplied in a 3 litre pot.
