One of our best known wild flowers! It produces beautiful spikes of nodding, violet blue, bell shaped flowers and has a glorious honey scent. Ideal for planting under deciduous trees and shrubs, it will naturalise readily. Flowers April May. Height 30 40cm. Grown from cultivated stock.Simply choose a spot where they will remain undisturbed in a shady corner, or at the base of deciduous trees and shrubs is ideal and they will quickly multiply to create a carpet of plants that will delight you with a spectacular show year after year.
