Ceratostigma willmotianum is a stunning addition to a border it is low growing, but given space and sunshine , it will bush out to an impressive sized shrub. The leaves turn red, which enhance the baby blue of the delicate star shaped flowers, alongside a pea green leaf, before they in turn becoming red. Ceratostigma willmotianum is an unassuming plant, that comes into its own in the autumn. It is deciduous, and benefits from a late pruning, and mulch to protect from frosts. Flowers August October. Height 90 100cm. Supplied in a 3 4 litre pot.
