Euonymus japonicus Paloma Blanca is a great looking plant. Also known by its appropriately common name White Candle Euonymus, the new foliage of this evergreen shrub starts out as greenish white in colour, but as it ages it gradually darkens to a deep, rich green, giving this plant a distinctive bi coloured look. This effect lasts for a couple of months in spring. The plant can be used for low hedging or pots and containers. To encourage bushy growth, prune young plants in mid to late spring.
