Leucothoe keiskei Royal Ruby is an attractive evergreen shrub because of its foliage which is glossy dark green in summer turning to ruby red from autumn to spring. As a low growing shrub it is ideal for ground cover and it is happy with partial shade to full shade. With the added all seasonal interest of changing colours and its broad leaves it is a great way to add colour to your garden. Blooms of fragrant white flowers appear early spring.
