Simply create your burger mix, using beef, breadcrumbs, herbs and spices of choice and an egg to bind the mixture together, and seperate into even sized balls of meat. Set the height of your burger using the screw height adjuster, you can choose the thickness, and place the mixture on the wax paper in the press.
