Flowering sooner than many other wisterias, Issai is a wonderful climber producing long racemes of of violet flowers that carry a distinct white spot at its base. Twining in an anti clockwise direction the stems are covered in green leaves that turn to a pleasing yellow in autumn. Flowers May June. Height 301cm. Supplied in a 2 litre pot.
